Smith holds industry certifications in information security (CCISO, CISSP), risk management (CRISC), and privacy (CIPT); he is an acknowledged contributor to NIST SP 1800-1, -3, and -7; and he serves as an appointed member of the Cybersecurity Canon Committee. In addition to being an MIT Media Lab alumna, engineer, and Internet pioneer, she has over two decades of experience building transformational businesses and products form FinTech, InsurTech, Media, Telecom and Healthtech. She was a co-founder of OneMain.com, which grew to be the 10th largest ISP after a successful IPO (acquired by Earthlink). Formerly, Cristina held executive roles at Disney, Hearst, IBM and Oracle. The award-winning student competition she founded, Dream it. Code it. Win it., was the subject of her TEDx Talk: “Just Solve It.” She earned a master’s degree from the MIT Media Lab and holds a Master of Computer Science and bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering.

Will began his formal journey in technology in the early 1990s when he left college and joined the United States Marine Corps. Throughout his career, Will has been a member and a leader in many of the cybersecurity industry's most important threat research intelligence organizations, including International Network Services, Internet Security Systems (ISS), Damballa, Cassandra Security, TippingPoint DV Labs, NetWitness/ RSA NetWitness FirstWatch, Digital Shadows, Hyas, and Prevailion. Will is a published author with three non-fiction titles to his credit related to cybercrime, espionage, and threat forecasting. He has spoken at tier-one conferences globally and sat on the CFP selection board for threat research and malware for the RSA Conference.

Previously Rich was CFO at Eagle Advisors, Inc.,, a $4 billion single-member family office (co-founder of SAP AG), and has held senior management positions at both PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP and Deloitte in their assurance practices.

Scott has extensive experience with SWIFT, Federal Reserve, and banking systems and responsible for leading the NetWitness Incidence Response team. Prior to NetWitness, Scott served as vice president of cyber threat hunting and incident response at State Street Bank with 28 years of experience including red teaming, malware reverse engineering, and threat hunting. Scott began his career as a Computer Specialist in the Department of Justice and throughout his career has worked for private companies and Government agencies including Alta Vista, BBN, Genuity, the Department of Defense (DISA) and Cybereason. Scott holds a degree in digital forensics, has a CISSP, GPEN, and is certified as a digital forensics examiner from the Defense Cyber Crime Center (DC3).
